Assumptions/Constraints:
>Base Price for pools up to 16 x 32 x 8 with minimal debris removal.
>Base Price includes Muriatic Acid and Neutralizer.
>Base Price assumes pool cover has been removed.
>SLPS will acid wash/power-wash according to industry guidelines on a best effort basis. SLPS makes no
guarantees and assumes no liability for stained, pitted, or decomposition of pool surface.
>SLPS assumes no liability for pool floating (pool rising out of ground due to hydrostatic pressure) as a result of
draining pool.
>Emergency and after hours service are billed @ time and ½.
>If located more than 30 miles from Lake St. Louis, add $15 trip charge.
Pool, Spa, Jetted Bathtub and/or Equipment Technical Services:
| Technical Services include any “hands on” diagnostic, repair and/or installation of Pool, Spa, Jetted Bathtub | |
| and/or equipment during normal SLPS business hours. |
| Estimating services are for the purpose of visible inspection of the proposed pool site or existing pool/spa to | |
| provide recommendations and/or quotations for repair/replacement or installation. |
| Estimating service does not include troubleshooting/diagnostics which are billed at SLPS standard technical | |
| service rates. |

Technical Service Labor Rates: $95 per hour (one man)
$110 per hour (2 men)
ONE HOUR MINIMUM
Diving Services/Leak Detection: $150 per hour
Inspections: $150 - $425
