Why Fiberglass?  The facts are getting out about fiberglass pools.  Fiberglass is being
proven effective and beneficial in nearly every industry due to its incredible strength,
its ability to accommodate extreme temperatures, and its longevity.  The quality of an
Aloha Fiberglass Pool can be compared to an expensive yacht or airplane body,
designed to accommodate ever-changing pressures, temperatures, and exposure to the
elements and chemicals.  Fiberglass has the unique ability to flex with the ground
during freeze-thaw cycles making fiberglass pools ideal for our climate.

Will it float?  Anything that is watertight, that has water underneath it and no weight
in it, will float.  Hydrostatic displacement makes heavy concrete barges float as easily
as a fiberglass, or wood boat or a rubber dinghy.  The fact is, any type of pool (provided
it is watertight), regardless of the material used to construct it, can float if it is
emptied when hydrostatic pressure has been released from the outside of the pool.

Fiberglass pools don't typically require draining because the three primary reasons to
drain a pool usually don't apply to fiberglass pools.  When algae forms in a fiberglass
pool, it is easily wiped off the surface and circulated away.  The chemically inert
gel-coat surface of a fiberglass pool does not affect the water chemistry, so pH
balances stay quite stable, thereby reducing the risk of creating a chemical problem
only draining will solve. However, if necessary, a fiberglass pool can be drained after
just a few simple steps.

With more than 20 years of fiberglass manufacturing experience behind them, Aloha
Fiberglass Pools began manufacturing beautiful one-piece fiberglass pools in 1991.

The gel-coat surface of an Aloha Fiberglass Pool is protected by a permanent water
barrier to prevent blistering. The gel coat does not require resurfacing or any major
maintenance.

An Aloha Fiberglass Pool is designed to look like a "million bucks" for the life of the
pool!

Aloha and Hawaiian Fiberglass Pools were recently featured in the nationally
recognized, Home and Garden Television (HGTV) show, "How's That Made".
